The registered trademark Linux® is used pursuant to a sublicence from LMI, the exclusive licencee of Linus Torvalds, owner of the mark on a world-wide basis.”
Recognizing that there may be space limitations, any reasonable facsimile of this language may be used as a substitute where made necessary by such space limitations. In case of doubt as to the proper shortened form, exemplars should be submitted to LMI.
